  • Role

    Managed the entire campaign on digital platforms, including nominee voting, websites, marketing, social branding, digital ads, and the live show experience. Led user experience, visual, and brand design. Managed nominee photo selection, including research and retouching, as well as day-of-show event photography. Provided live show design support, working directly with show producers, directed vendors, and art directed a team designing all visuals across voting, sites, apps, and marketing platforms.

    Led visual design efforts by establishing a comprehensive design system, encompassing colors, fonts, background images, loading screens, favicons, open graph images, and UI elements. Secured design approval from senior leadership. Collaborated closely with Web, App, and Connected TV product teams to ensure a consistent look and feel across all platforms, while also leading visual QA processes. Art directed a team responsible for creating digital marketing initiatives and reskinning branded platforms, including Nickelodeon's music channels.

Additionally, supervised all visual design aspects for the site and products, managing a team responsible for crafting engaging content, including quizzes, candidate infographics, memes, "I voted" stickers, and voting graphics. This involved close collaboration with in-house producers, the programming team, and external vendors.
